ISSUES/ OPPORTUNITIES IDENTIFICATION

Submission Rules:

- Format: Contestants must submit in forms of:

  • A Powerpoint with up to 10 slides (maximum 800 words; excluding introduction, closing, and reference slides), converted to PDF format.
  • An A4-page PDF (maximum 500 words) for further clarification.

- How To Submit:

  • Each team must submit their documents through this Google Form. Any submissions to the email address of Marketing Challengers will not be accepted.
  • Submission Link: http://bit.ly/R1Submission
    The SUBJECT and the name of ALL FILES must be named following the format:
    [Round 1]_[Team Name]_[Leader’s Full Name]_[Marcha S10]
  • The Organizing Team is not responsible for any late submissions. The result will be announced on 16/11/2109.

Deadline:

  • - Individual Registration: 10:00 AM 01/11/2019
  • - Team Registration: 11:59 PM 07/11/2019
  • - Submission: 11:59 PM 10/11/2019 (late submission will be reduced by 10% mark)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Contestants MUST NOT send messages to Peugeot customers, saying they are the representatives of Peugeot or using the image of Peugeot for any commercial activity.
  • Contestants must clarify they are competing in Marketing Challengers competition when talking to any target audience.
  • Any violation will be treated heavily and the organizing team has the right to terminate that team application.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN

- Format: Contestants must submit in forms of:

  • A Powerpoint with up to 20 slides (maximum 2000 words, excluding introduction, conclusion, references and appendix slides), converted to PDF format for IMC Plan.
  • A JPG/PNG file (maximum 10MB) for Key Visual.

- How To Submit:

  • Contestants must submit their documents through this form: http://bit.ly/MarchaS10_R2Submission
  • The name of ALL FILES must follow the syntax:
    For IMC plan: [Round 2]_[Team Name]_[Leader's Full Name]_[Marcha S10]_IMC
    For IMC plan: [Round 2]_[Team Name]_[Leader's Full Name]_[Marcha S10]_KV
  • The result will be announced on 28/11/2019.
  • Any submission via Marketing Challengers email address will not be accepted. Please be noticed, late submission is NOT allowed in this round. The organizing team will not be responsible for any team who do not manage to submit their documents on time.

CREATIVE PROJECT & PITCHING

Submission Rules:

- Contestants must submit 1 FINAL FOLDER, including:

  • Pitching Presentation: A powerpoint file with up to 30 slides (exclude digital mock-ups; introduction, thank-you, reference and appendix slides).
  • Mock-ups:
    • For Digital Mock-ups, contestants must submit in the form of JPG/PNG (maximum 10MB, high resolution) in separate folder and include the mock-up in Pitching Slides.
    • For Real-life Mock-ups, contestants must take a picture of your work, upload in the Final Folder and be responsible for bringing your work to the Grand Finale.
  • Executive Summary: A A2 PDF file (only 1 page) with high resolution so that it can be printed out on Grand Finale day.

- How To Submit:

  • Contestants must submit their documents through this form: http://bit.ly/MarchaS10_R3_Submission
  • Any submission via Marketing Challengers email address will not be accepted. Please be noticed, late submission is NOT allowed in this round. The organizing team will not be responsible for any team who do not manage to submit their documents on time.
